Dr. Sümeyye Altunok is a biotechnology researcher specializing in molecular biology, immunoinformatics, and vaccine development. Her research integrates computational epitope prediction with experimental validation to design innovative vaccines against infectious diseases such as Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever and SARS-CoV-2. She has contributed to antibody engineering, CAR-based systems, and nanoparticle-mediated targeting strategies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, her work in plant biotechnology explores gene expression, stress tolerance, and regeneration mechanisms.
