Xiaohui Wang serves as Professor, Chief Nurse, and Director of the Nursing Department at the Affiliated Hospital and Clinical Medical College of Chengdu University, where she also mentors postgraduate students. Her research focuses on nursing management, workforce development, occupational mental health, and evidence-based clinical practice. Prof. Wang has authored peer-reviewed papers in high-impact journals such as BMC Nursing and Geriatric Nursing and contributed to advancing nursing standards through innovative teaching and clinical initiatives.
